Terms governing use of this website and purchases from Argo Health.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of argohealth.org (the "Site") and any purchases of products from Argo Health, LLC ("Argo Health," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
You may use the Site and purchase products only if you are at least 21 years of age, have the legal capacity to form a binding contract, are purchasing in your professional or research capacity, and are legally permitted to purchase research compounds in your jurisdiction.
All products sold on the Site are research compounds intended exclusively for laboratory research by qualified researchers. They are not approved for and may not be used for human or animal consumption, application, ingestion, injection, inhalation, or any therapeutic, diagnostic, prophylactic, cosmetic, or clinical purpose. New customers are required to electronically sign our Research Use & Liability Waiver Agreement before their first order is fulfilled. That Agreement is incorporated into these Terms by reference and contains additional binding provisions including indemnification, limitation of liability, arbitration, and class-action waivers. In the event of conflict between these Terms and the Waiver Agreement, the Waiver Agreement controls.
Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor. By placing an order you authorize Argo Health (or its processor) to charge your payment method for the total order amount including taxes and shipping. You represent that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used.
Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier at our facility. Estimated ship times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Shipping insurance, where offered, is optional and the responsibility of the customer; uninsured shipments lost or damaged in transit are not refundable.
Unopened products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Opened products may not be returned for refund due to handling requirements, but defective products will be replaced upon receipt of photo proof and return shipment. Details are summarized on our FAQ page.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, product descriptions, code, and design — is owned by or licensed to Argo Health and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
"Argo Health" and the Argo Health logo are trademarks of Argo Health, LLC.
Any reviews, comments, suggestions, or other content you submit to Argo Health may be used by us in any manner, in any media, without restriction, attribution, or compensation. You represent that any content you submit is your own and does not infringe any third-party rights.
THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "WITH ALL FAULTS." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARGO HEALTH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT PRODUCTS ARE FREE FROM CONTAMINATION OR DEFECT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARGO HEALTH AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE EVENT.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Argo Health and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your use or misuse of any product, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to Section 15, any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or any product shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Any claim or dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, the Site, any product, or the parties' relationship shall be resolved by FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION administered by JAMS or the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") in Palm Beach County, Florida, before a single arbitrator, conducted in English. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION against Argo Health. The arbitrator's award shall be final and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. If the class-action waiver is held unenforceable, this entire Section 15 shall be null and void and the dispute shall be resolved in court under Section 14.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, refuse or cancel orders, or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including suspected violation of these Terms or indication of intended product misuse. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and intellectual property) will survive.
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and (for customers) the signed Research Use & Liability Waiver Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Argo Health regarding the subject matter herein.
