1. Where are you located?

Argo Health is based in Lake Worth, Florida. All orders ship from our US-based facility.

2. Where do your products come from?

Our peptides are sourced from established research-supply manufacturers and independently tested by third-party laboratories using HPLC and Mass Spectrometry before they are listed and fulfilled.

3. Do you guarantee the quality of your products?

Yes. All products are quality-guaranteed. Unopened products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days. Opened products that arrive defective will be replaced — just reach out with the order details and we'll resolve it quickly.

4. What is your order turnaround time?

Orders placed before 12:00 pm EST on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after that cutoff or on weekends ship the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or US federal holidays.

5. Can you tell me how to use your products?

No. Argo Health is strictly a research supply company. We do not provide dosing recommendations, protocols, or any usage guidance. All products are sold for laboratory research purposes only and should be handled exclusively by qualified researchers.

6. What is a "ban letter" and why might I receive one?

If you indicate to us — through any channel, including email, social media, reviews, or other communication — that you intend to use our products for human or animal consumption, we will issue a ban letter and refuse all future orders. Argo Health products are sold for research purposes only. If you receive a ban letter, you may return any unused products for a full refund.

7. Do I need to sign anything before my first order?

Yes. All new customers must electronically sign our Research Use & Liability Waiver Agreement before their first order is fulfilled. This is a one-time signature that covers all current and future orders from your account.

8. What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

If shipping insurance was purchased on the order: please allow 14 calendar days from the ship date before filing a claim for a lost package, then contact us with the order details and we will replace or refund. For damaged shipments, email photo proof of the damaged product and we will resolve immediately. Uninsured shipments are the customer's responsibility once they leave our facility.

9. Do you ship internationally?

At this time we ship within the United States only. International shipping may be offered in the future. If we do begin international fulfillment, customers will be responsible for knowing and complying with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

10. Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Yes. For orders of 25 or more units, contact us for custom pricing. Use the "Bulk / Wholesale" option on the contact form or email us directly.

11. Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?

Yes, with the understanding that orders shipped to a non-billing address may require additional verification (email or phone confirmation) before they are fulfilled. This protects you from fraud.

12. I want to order a product not in your catalog. Can you source it?

Possibly. We focus on the most-requested research peptides, but if you need something we don't carry, send us a request through the contact form. If we can source it at acceptable purity and price, we will.

13. Do you provide medical or health advice?

No. Argo Health is not a medical provider, pharmacy, or licensed health care entity. Nothing on this website, in our communications, or in any of our materials is medical advice or a substitute for consultation with a licensed health care professional. Please consult an appropriately licensed professional before making any decision related to your health.
